Washington D.C. – Today, Grace Meng announced the endorsement of Betty Richie, the DNC Rural Council Chair.
Richie is a Texas native who has long been active in Democratic Politics, as a candidate, DNC member, first woman chair of the Young County Democratic Party, and State President of Texas Democratic Women. Her husband, Boyd, was the three-term Chair of the Texas Democratic Party, and Betty was a teacher and president of the local Texas Retired Teachers’ Association.
